Bangkok Bank apologizes to its customers for any inconvenience that may occur from a temporary closure of the electronic services to enhance the efficiency of the bank’s services.
Bangkok Bank has announced an upgrade to its electronic banking system to improve the services’ efficiency. The bank will run a service upgrade in the Bangkok metropolitan area on Friday 10 October 2014 from 10.30pm to Saturday 11 October 2014 at 7.00am and in provincial areas on Friday 17 October 2014 from 10.30pm to Saturday 18 October 2014 at 7.00am. Consequently customers will temporarily be unable to make any transactions via ATM, cash deposit machine, Bualuang iBanking, BIZ iBanking, Bualuang mBanking and some services via Bualuang Phone.
