Mr. Tassapon Bijleveld, CEO of Thai AirAsia, pointed out AirAsia has built a convenient and economical flight network across Thailand now complete with car and ferry transfer services to ever newer travel destinations to serve as options for everyone. The latest additions come in time for the end of year travel season of the Andaman Sea region, one of Asia and the world’s top destinations. AirAsia now flies and transfers by car “Bangkok-Khanom” in Nakhon Si Thammarat and “Bangkok-Khaolak” in Phang Nga.
“Khanom” is a renowned travel stop in Nakhon Si Thammarat province and it is now easily reachable from the local airport by van transfer service by AirAsia. The car ride takes only one hour and rewards travelers with Khanom Beach and Hin Pap Pa Mountain, a wonder rising from the sea. To get to “Khaolak” of Phang Nga province, travelers simply fly from Bangkok to Krabi Airport to board a van transfer to Khaolak, where they will meet with fine sand beaches and the option to continue to the Koh Surin National Park or the Moo Koh Similan National Park.
