Giving communities of Ratchada and Sukhumvit an improved landscape and a cleaner environment
Watsons, Thailand’s leading health and beauty retailer, has joined forces with the Klong Toei District Office to make the streets and walkways cleaner and more colorful. The area cleaned and decorated stretched from the Asoke-Ratchada intersection (in front of Exchange Tower) to Rama IV (at the Klongtoei intersection).
Mr. Rod Routley, Managing Director (holding signboard 2nd from right) and Nuanphan Jayanama, Marketing Director of Central Watson Co., Ltd. (holding signboard 1st left) together with Ms. Wiparat Chaiyanukij, Klongtoei Deputy District Chief (holding signboard 1st right) and the willing hands of 100 Watsons staff and Bangkok Metropolitan Administration cleaners cleaned the streets and decorated them with colorful flowerpots. The activities were aimed at improving the look of the area and improving the quality of life for the local communities.
