Chef Egidio will present classic and modern dishes, which will bring the experience of Italy’s hunt and winter season right here to you in Bangkok. White Truffles can be harvested only twice a year and, due to their delightfully unique flavor, they have become a well-known and popular ingredient for authentic Italian cuisine.
Chef Egidio has been inspired to create special dishes from his father’s recipes, so be ready to get pampered with distinctive dishes such as Poached Parisi egg with Pecorino custard, smoked quanciale chips, Alba truffle; Famous and classic tagliatelle pasta with sautéed porcini and white truffle shaves; Classic US beef fillet “Rossini” with roasted topinambur, seared foie gras, chestnut pure all flavored with white truffle; and delicious desserts from the Chef.
