Taste the difference with our home-made pasta prepared fresh by our expert chefs, including Tagliatelle, Tonnarelli, Pappardelle and Gnocchi and design your own recipe by combining with your favourite sauce from a mouth-watering minced lamb & rosemary ragout, to a creamy salmon& mushroom sauce, to Quattro Formaggi, a cheese-lovers delight or a flavourful Alla Norcia with Italian sausage in a truffle cream sauce to name just a few.
Guests can also go fusion with some Thai-style PadKee Mao or Pad Kra Pao sauces to get their taste buds singing, as well as a variety of Wafu pasta for that Japanese touch.
And we have even more pasta on our extensive buffet line, where guests can enjoy a range of appetizing treats like Ravioli, stuffed with pumpkin and dry fruit served with crab meat ragout or Canelloni, Sicilian style with eggplant &Provolone cheese to tasty traditional beef lasagna.
All this, plus our usual fantastic spread of International and Asian dishes, including sushi & sashimi, carvery station, Thai noodles, Tempura and fresh seafood.
