Dow Thailand, led by Poranee Kongamornpinyo (second row, fifth left), Public Affairs Manager, in conjunction with the Chemical Society of Thailand, Rayong Province, and Rayong’s Secondary Education Service Area Office 18 and Primary Education Service Area Office 1 recently announced the winners of the Small-Scale Chemistry Laboratory Contest, organized as part of the company’s DOW Chemistry Class project. The contest offered evidence of the potentiality and success of science teaching based on the small-scale chemistry laboratory technique as the trained teachers and their students were able to use acquired knowledge to adopt and apply the new teaching and experiment method in their classrooms by using easy-to-find everyday materials to conduct chemical experiments. A total of 11 schools with 13 projects participated in the contest staged at the Golden City Rayong Hotel.
