Guests can get a chance to don a chef hat and explore their culinary talents with a fun and interactive cooking class by Angelini’s Chef de Cuisine Omar Ugoletti at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok. Classes take place every second and forth Sunday from November 2014 to January 2015.
With expert direction from Chef Ugoletti, guests will learn the skills needed to make their own favourite Italian classics in the feeling of a home cooked meal at Angelini’s open kitchen, such as Tortellini, Thin-Crusted pizza and Angelini’s signature, Tiramisu. Guests can cook and mingle with their friends and family members and enjoy the dishes they created in the luxury ambiance of Angelini.
Advanced reservation is required. Reservation for Angelini’s Cooking Class is tentative until we reach a minimum of 4 persons per class.
Italian cooking class with Chef Ugoletti costs Bt 1,800 net per person.
