As part of their China-Thailand tour, Swiss-French Jazz Band BConnected will be giving a one-night performance at the ThreeSixty Jazz Lounge in Millennium Hilton Bangkok on Wednesday 19th November 2014. They will be performing from 9.30pm to 10.30pm.
Founded in 1994 by Swiss guitarist, producer, composer and interpreter Eugene Montenero, BConnected has had a strong identity since its very first performance. The 20-year-old band, whose roots are firmly in traditional jazz music, is in a state of perpetual evolution.
The band members are all talented, each with impressive musical backgrounds of their own. Gregory German plays drums, Ivan De Luca, bass, Daniel Ciccone, percussion, Thomas Florin, keyboard and piano, and Philippe Sellam, saxophone.
The band’s recently launched eighth record clearly reflects the band’s collective talents, and a joint career filled with growth and experience. Tours have taken them around the world, from Lausanne to Shanghai, and to countless prestigious musical festivals.
Despite the number and variety of these musical voyages, the band has stayed true to its original calling, that of pure creativity and musical freedom. And yet the musicians’ journey to refine their artistic qualities is far from over. With its usual energy and talent, BConnected transforms its meetings with the public into outstanding experiments where the connections are unforgettable.
