From now until 30th November 2014, Wine Pub at Pullman Bangkok King Power invites you to enjoy the delicate fragrance and fresh taste of wild mushrooms imported from France and exquisitely prepared by our Executive Chef Dominique Ferchaud. The 5 different menus will be prepared in irresistible traditional French bistro styles.
The enticing highlights of the menu include a black trompette mushroom cappuccino, pan-fried duck’s liver served with sautéed girolles and Wagyu beef tenderloin served with fresh cèpes mushrooms.
Mushrooms are renowned for their health benefits including being packed with antioxidants and nutrients and are high in vitamins B and D. There are a wide variety of delectable edible mushrooms that grow in the different wooded regions of France with the pick of the crop coming during this season.
