Special guest of the night will be Marcelo Papa who has been incharge of this famous Winery since 1988 and has won several important Wine awards. Indulge yourself in a fantastic 5-course set dinner menu prepared by Executive Chef Eric Berrigaud combined by the great wines from Casillero del Diablo.
The enticing 5-course set menu include amazing dishes such as “Pan fried duck liver endive chanterelle mushrooms”; “Bouquet of leaves, gizzard, mushrooms, croutons and balsamic dressing”; “Steamed large New Zealand mussels in the shell topped with green herb sauce”; “Stew duck thigh with couscous and gravy sauce, sautéed vegetable”; “Cabernet braised short ribs Horseradish fork mashed potatoes, herb salad”; “Organic & milk fed lamb leg confit from Pakchong Khao Yai, white beans cooking same as cassoulet” and many more!
