These wines will be paired with delectable bites, crafted by Hard Rock Pattaya’s Executive Chef, Joseph Gee. His sensational menu ranges from seared tuna to roasted chicken, baked snow fish, roasted duck, oxtail ravioli and a decadent chocolate dessert.
Hard Rock, of course, doesn’t live up to its name without music, so house duo ‘Title & Ono’ will play live pre-dinner, and dj Sax spins an eclectic selection post dinner.
