Recently, at KASIKORNBANK, Phahon Yothin Building, KASIKORNBANK President Mr. Predee Daochai and Aozora Bank Chief Executive Officer Mr. Shinsuke Baba signed an agreement to seek business partners for Thai-Japanese SME operators and promote joint ventures as well as merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions. The agreement with Aozora Bank – a Japan-based M&A expert – is expected to attract more Japanese investors into Thailand.
