This year, December is GranMonte Vineyard and Winery's "Winter in the Vineyard": a month-long event filled with special dishes at VinCotto restaurant, discounts and gifts at Montino Cellar Door, and music on the weekends to enhance the festive mood in the cold mountains. Running from 1st December 2014 to 1st January 2015, "Winter in the Vineyard" has something for everyone on any day of the month. We hope that you will come to enjoy with us the beautiful calm of winter, our favourite time of year.
Our VinCotto restaurant in the middle of the vineyard and surrounded by the mountains of KhaoYai is the perfect place to have a warm, comforting meal during your visit this winter. A special "Winter in the Vineyard" menu is offered for lunch and dinner throughout the month in addition to our well-loved regular menu. We will also have special feasts for Christmas lunch, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. These seasonal dishes are created exclusively for "Winter in the Vineyard" event, and the menus will be announced when we are closer to December.
A Vineyard and Winery Tour through GranMonte’s vineyard will get everyone in the family to learn more about our vines and winemaking for one educational hour. GranMonte’s tour takes you through our long rows of vines that stretch across the land, to our state-of-the-art winery, and ending at our wine tasting room for a thorough wine tasting session for adults, with complimentary grape juice for minors. GranMonte’s Vineyard and Winery Tour is an ever-popular activity for everyone in the family!
To enhance your festive mood at GranMonte, we have musical guests for every weekend in December. Jazz performers from Bangkok's famed Smiles Jazz Club take the stage every Friday and Saturday night to liven up the atmosphere and add even more flavours to your VinCotto dinner.
The weekend treats do not stop at music. With the beautiful weather and unrivalled view that GranMonte has, we are sharing the best of them by having our Wine Bar in
the Vineyard in the afternoon of every weekend and public holidays. Wine lovers will enjoy strolling through the vines in the fresh cold air while drinking GranMonte's hearty, robust wines.
