AJT Consultancy, a Bangkok-based healthcare and hospitality consulting company, has unveiled its new wellness facility project in Malaysia as it encourages medical and health service providers in Thailand to reach beyond country borders to gain more access to international customers and promote medical tourism at home in the era of Asean Economic Community (AEC).
The project, called Sungai Pulai Wellness Resort, is a mixed-use development located at the edge of a rich mangrove environment of Sungai Pulai Heritage Wetlands in Johor.
The property is developed by Dimensi Panorama, a well-known property developer in Malaysia under the MB Group, while AJT Consultancy is appointed as a wellness consultant in setting up in the Wellness Clubhouse and providing the exclusive and personalized ‘concierge medical services’ to the residents. Residents with medical needs will be connected to the right medical facilities and physicians from any part of Malaysia as well as abroad.

This will give them a competitive advantage in the era of Asean Economic Community.

Sugai Pulai Wellness Resort is scheduled to be introduced early next year. Construction of the first phase, which includes two residential areas and the Wellness Clubhouse, is expected to be complete in 2017.
AJT Consultancy is also working with Hong Kong Xinying Medical Group and the World Medical Center hospital in a medical tourism programme named ‘Dr Bangkok’. The programme offers Chinese clients the access to Thai hospitality and healthcare services through a combination of travelling, health screening and treatment programmes focusing on hormone and regenerative therapy.
In additional to the China market, AJT also start consulting one of healthcare center in Beijing named “Puxiang Multi Dimension Healthcare”. And very soon AJT will get into Hotel and Wellness Management as our new service division.
