To coincide with the festive season, Boathouse by Montara, Phuket, is launching a new daily gourmet Brunch menu at theRE KA TABeach Club from Saturday, 20 December 2014 onwards from 10.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
The new menu, especially crafted by the resort’s own Executive Chef Bryan Burger, features a lavish selection of the finest brunch offerings and delectable classics such as RE KA TA Lobster Benedict, The Bun (burger with millionaire’s bacon, egg, and relish in a brioche bun), Fried Egg & Avocado Breakfast Pizza, Grilled Portobello mushrooms with eggs and Parmesan cheese and thick-cut French Toast topped with caramel banana and cinnamon to name but a few to whet the appetite. Being an a la carte menu, guests are spoiled for choice, and can be assured that all dishes are prepared fresh out of the kitchen every day.
