Our Japanese Chef at Mori Grill of Chaophya Park Hotel, will feature the Japanese nutritional ingredient “Hokkigai Shirashi” (Surf Clams), Surf clams have a mild ocean aroma and the flesh is soft and chewy. It is soft in flavors, and the sweet aromas become more evident after it is chewed for a while.
According to traditional Japanese cooking methods, we will feature “Hokkigai Sushi” available throughout December 2014 for your eating pleasure. Don’t miss all your own favorite dishes on the buffet line everyday for both lunch and dinner (Baht 695++).
