Executive Chef Andreas Hameder and his team have created a fabulous festive spread that is sure to have you very merry indeed.
Highlights includ eappetizers like Smoked Duck Breast with Strawberry, Balsamic & Green Peppercorn Chutney,Minced Lamb Kebab on a Lemongrass Skewer with Green Curry Sauce and Lychee Lollipops stuffed with Foie Gras Mousse.
Of course, there will be Roast Turkey (and all the trimmings), but that is just the beginning. Enjoy Roast Prime Rib with Yorkshire Pudding, Salmon Baked in Puff Pastry, as well as Oysters & Seafood on our Ice Bar, plus a live pasta station, BBQ station and the freshest Sushi & Sashimi.
