For this year, despite the fact that PTT has sufficient cash and has no financing requirement, PTT still would like to maintain its existing retail investors base; accordingly PTT issued the new batch of debentures to PTT Debenture Holders due in December 2014 and to other retail investors so as to give the chance to new investors who would like to be PTT Debentures Holders. Similar to previous issuances, PTT still gets good response from both existing debenture holders and new retail investors who have confidence in PTT’s operating performance and financial status and are interested to join PTT Debenture Club. The success of this offering confirms investors’ confidence in PTT’s strength. We would like to thank all investors for the trust consistently given to PTT and would like to ensure that your investment in PTT debentures will be prudent investment as the sayings “Where your money works for you”.
