Fine Home Company Limited and City Resort Group have chosen innovative WAKO BMS (WAKO Bathroom Modular System) to provide improved bathroom facilities in their constructions.
WAKO BMS is a revolutionary Japanese bathroom design recently introduced to Thailand that helps reduce costs, improve quality and cut construction time.
Bathroom design and construction can present a number of issues for property developers that often cause construction delays and additional expenses. As a result, cost-effective solution that improves installation time is much in demand.
“At Fine Home we always focus on innovation and we were looking for ways to improve our bathroom installations. When we discovered WAKO BMS we realized the design fitted perfectly to our needs. The new system will be used with our new projects in the future including our first project name “I'm Fine Bangna,” said Sukij Traiwanapong, Managing Director of Fine Home Co., Ltd.
In addition to aiding construction projects, WAKO BMS is also a suitable solution for renovation projects as installation is straightforward due to its prefabricated form. CITI RESORT Group, who manage a chain of service apartments, is also implementing WAKO BMS to a number of its projects including CITI RESORT Sukhumvit 39 Annex and CITI Resort Sukhumvit 49.
“We have to take our almost 1000 residents into consideration as our bathroom renovations have to cause minimal disruption. This makes WAKO BMS a well-suited alternative to traditional renovation as the upgrade takes place quickly and with little fuss. Additionally, many of our residents are Japanese so they are familiar with BMS bathroom constructions and are aware of the high quality of construction,” said Yuthana Asaiphol, Design and Construction Manager of Siam Aroon Group
“The renovations are carried out in only two days meaning there isn’t too much disruption to our residents’ lives. We don’t need to close the building for renovation, as we would for a typical renovation, and this means less revenue loss. The shorter time taken for WAKO BMS installation means this is the perfect solution for building upgrades,” added Yuthana
“We have considered the issues faced during bathroom construction and developed modern and innovative products to reduce the construction duration for Thai property developers and residents. WAKO BMS brings easier installation and gives a well-designed alternative to developers and building owners,” said Mr. Prasit Nopparatnapalai, Deputy Managing Director of DP Ceramic Co., Ltd.
WAKO BMS (WAKO Bathroom Modular System) provides the various designs combining beautiful designs with Japanese technology. Its materials include natural rock, beautiful mosaics, and a range of other designs that meet customers’ needs.
There are 3 styles of Wako BMS:
UN/HI: This high-end model is custom made using the same high quality materials used in conventional bathrooms, such as porcelain tiles, natural stone and glass. It is best suited to be used as en-suite bathrooms in master bedrooms or in four- or five-star hotels.
UN/TC: Designed for use in hospitals and serviced apartments, where maintenance is important, this standard class WAKO BMS is configured with laminated steel panel walls and FRP floor. The lack of traditional joints makes this bathroom very easy to clean.
PLANO/NX: Taking its inspiration from Japanese style bathing this model contains only the bathtub and shower booth, keeping the toilet and wash basin separate. Its ultra clean lines and simply designed space give the bathroom a truly minimalist look for a simple and modern home.
