Dow Thailand, represented by Vorapong Vorasuntharosoth, government affairs leader – SEA/ANZ region of SCG-DOW, accepted a CSR Excellence Recognition Award – Silver Level from the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand for the fourth consecutive year. The award was presented by W. Patrick Murphy, chargé d’affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok. Also, the company received a U.S. Creative Partnerships Program certificate, given by the embassy, for its CSR efforts and collaboration. The award ceremony was held at the Centara Grand at CentralWorld in Bangkok.
The CSR Excellence Recognition Awards 2014 were organized to honor organizations that operate their business in accordance with the principles of transparency, corporate governance and sustainability and serve as role models for other organizations.
