Bangkok--22 Dec--GHC Asia Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe has created a festive menu unlike any other to celebrate Christmas this year, tantalizing the taste buds with hues of emerald, using the freshest ingredients from the Royal Project. The Emerald Menu consists of six courses specially designed to match the celebratory mood of the festive occasion. The Emerald Christmas menu brings together a carefully designed collection of glittering dishes with a traditional Thai twist such as Turkey and Foie Gras Sausages with Pistachio, Spring Rolls with Free-Range Chicken, Risotto with River Prawn, Galangal, Coconut Milk and Truffle. For those that wish to experience a taste of authentic Christmas supper the Blue Elephant Tamarind Turkey is included as one of the shared main course platters. The festivities will end on a high note with desserts specially crafted to complement the occasion including Avocado Soufflé, Strawberry and Passion Fruit Sorbet and Pandannus Éclair. The Emerald Menu is THB2,850++ per person.
