Recently, at KASIKORNBANK’s Phahon Yothin Building, Mr. Vasin Vanichvoranun, second right, and Mr. Vallop Vongjitvuttikrai, right, Executive Vice Presidents of KASIKORNBANK, Mr. Phaithun Chiranantrat, second left, Managing Director of Siam Yamato Steel Co., Ltd., and Mr. Thiraphon Horattanakhun, left, Managing Director of Yong Chareon Chai (2007) Co.,Ltd., participated in a press conference to introduce the Electronic Domestic Letter of Credit (E-DL/C). KBank is the first bank in Thailand to offer the complete service through an electronic channel, ensuring businesses of time and cost savings for document reception and delivery, as well as convenience in document monitoring anywhere, anytime. The service will soon be offered to other major supply chains for their greater efficiency in business management ahead of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) inception.
