Bangkok--5 Jan--Centra Central Station Hotel Bangkok Chyna at Centra Central Station Hotel Bangkok has an adventurous set menu for lovers of food and wine, pairing Cantonese dishes with a selection of white, red and plum wines from China. On the menu are deep-fried prawn with wasabi sauce, double-boiled sea conch and Chinese herbs in brown sauce, roasted chicken in five spices Chinese herbs, and the choice of pan-fried beef tenderloin with black pepper sauce or steamed seabass fillet with Yunan ham and black mushrooms in brown sauce. Matching these courses is one glass of Fuzion Chenin Chardonnay, a Fuzion Tempranillo Malbec, and a Chinese plum wine. Price inclusive of food and wines is Baht 789 net per person, with a minimum of two persons per table.
