Afternoon Tea at The Okura Prestige Bangkok now includes distinctly Japanese flavours. Starting 1 February 2015, The Okura Afternoon Delight features a delicious selection of Japanese sweet and savoury delicacies including prawns with fermented fennel and yuzu mayo; kappa maki with pickles and soy; snow crab with chilled dashi, crustacean paste, shimeji mushrooms and spring onions; and beef tartar with crispy seaweed and sweet potato chips. The sweet choices include traditional Japanese confectionery as well as the popular Okura macaroons.
The standard price of the new Okura Afternoon Delight is Baht 960++ per set includes a choice of tea and coffee. Guests may also select the sake option, priced at Baht 1,520++ per set. The Okura Afternoon Delight will be available daily from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
