Italian Chef de Cuisine Omar Ugoletti digs up some of his family’s secret recipes, passed on from generation to generation, to captivate guests with Angelini’s new menu. The menu features authentic Italian delights, such as Il Tegamaccio (Seafood Casserole); Spinach Rissotto with Foie Gras; Astice alla Griglia (Catalan-Style Grilled Lobster); Focaccia Bread Pizza with Pork Lard from Colonata, Black Truffle, and Roasted Cherry Tomato; and many more.
Guests can savour Chef Ugoletti’s traditional Italian wonders for dinner daily from 6 to 10:30 p.m. Prices range from 290++ baht to 2,000++ baht per dish.
