Executive Pastry Chef Laurent Ganguillet proudly introduces his new Afternoon Tea Set menu in two different styles -Western and Thai Touch. Select your favourite tea and coffee from several varieties of tea from Mariage Frères or Italy's favourite coffee, Lavazza overlooking the serene splendour of the Chedi Pond.
The Sukhothai Tea Set is served in an opulent three tier stand generously filled with traditional items including Mini Croissant Filled with Babaganoush and Feta, Cauliflower Panna Cotta, Bergamot and Chocolate Éclair and Strawberry Scones served with Mascarpone Cream and Strawberry Jam.
Discover Thai sweet delicacies with The Sukhothai Tea Set with a Thai Touch, offering Thai savouries in addition to traditional sandwiches including Prawn Cake and Fresh Rice Paper Roll with Crispy Gourami fish. Indulge in a sweet spell of Thai treats such as Crispy Thai Stuffed “Pancake”, Candied Dried Coconuts and Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango in addition to delicious Cakes and Strawberry Scones.
