During 19 – 30 January 2015, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok is featuring special dishes that are renowed in Piemonte during the winter season for both lunch and dinner at Don Giovanni Restaurant.
The region of Piemonte is famous for its fresh and traditional food. The special highlight menus are such as homemade potato gnocchi served with a creamy cheese sauce roasted Porcini mushrooms and Alba truffle oil drops (THB 640++), pan-fried sea bass fillet cooked with celery, raisin, lemon and vinegar green buttered asparagus and parmesan cheese (THB 820++), oven roasted Guinea fowl salad, roasted tomato and winter black truffle anchovy dressing (THB 850++), slowly braised beef cheeks served with vegetables, Barolo wine and white herb polenta (THB 1,100++), and many delicious options.
Don Giovanni, a charming Italian trattoria, is named after Mozart’s most famous opera, and its ambience springs from a warm-hearted love of life. An Italian master chef prepares specials for lunch and dinner. Here the pasta is homemade and the sauces are wonderfully Italian.
