Patrick Morris, Sous Chef of Gecko’s Italian Restaurant at Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort successfully passed the first round for the San Pellegrino Young Chefs competition for 2015. This is regarded one of the most exciting talent searches for young chefs in the world. The candidates, chosen by ALMA Cooking School (the world's leading international educational and training centre for Italian Cuisine), were picked from thousands of applications received from professional young chefs working in kitchens around the world.
We are very honoured that Patrick will be going into round 2 representing the “Southern – East Asia” region against some of the best young chefs from the best restaurants around the world.
Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort is very proud of the first step of Patrick accomplishment and hopefully he would success in this competition.
