Throughout February 2015, Mantra Restaurant & Bar presents Resident Indian Chef Karnati Sridhar and his highlighted dishes.
Chef Sridhar was inspired by his brother-in-law, who was a famous chef for royalty and Indian dignitaries. Chef Sridhar has been featured on Thai Channel 7 and has performed Indian cooking presentations at Central Department Store in Bangkok.
Other than Mantra’s superb wine selection, the restaurant will offer guests a wide selection of well-known wine names from France, Italy, Australia and Chile.
