NESVITA ACTIFIBRAS, an instant milk beverage mixed with wholegrain cereal, by Nestlé (Thai) Ltd., today launched a web-based application, ‘Healthy In, Happy Out’ for consumers to evaluate their digestive health through a comprehensive list of questions on the 7 habits that reflect healthy bowel-movement. NESVITA also set up activity booths to promote healthy digestion at leading supermarkets and hypermarkets across the country from now until21 June 2015. This is to raise public awareness of healthy digestion and encourage Thai people to embrace a good diet that includes dietary fibre and goodness of wholegrain cereals to enhance routine daily performance and inspire confidence. Khun Chaiyong Sakulborrirug, Business Executive Manager, Dairy and Adult Nutrition of Nestlé (Thai) Ltd., said, “People today are always in a race with time. This is true for many people who have to rush to work in the morning, so much so they either forget or compromise their daily bowel movement as well as the importance of a proper and nutritious diet, especially fibre food. As a result, they are likely to experience regular constipation. ‘NESVITA ACTIFIBRAS’ has initiated a campaign to communicate and increase awareness of constipation as a health concern amongst Thais and promote digestive health as the beginning of everyday wellness.”
