At Orchid Café, Chef Sen will offer an array of authentic traditional dishes from northern India and eastern Pakistan. The feast will include salads of tangy tandoori barbecued chicken, Indian spiced chickpeas with herb yoghurt, battered fish flavored with carom seed, tasty black lentils with garlic and butter, classic paneer with spinach, garlic and whole spices, murgh makkhanwala, chicken in a silky tomato gravy, and more. A master of India’s culinary arts with more than two decades experience, Chef Sen’s exceptional pedigree that has seen him work with some of the most revered chefs in India. Prior to joining Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit he worked his magic in the kitchens of the prestigious Imperial New Delhi. Chef Sen’s outstanding knowledge of Indian cuisine includes special tandoor dishes and the regional cooking of northern India, Awadhi, Hydrabad, Bengal, Goa and Rajasthan.
