Chili Hip is an inspired food and drink concept using tantalizing Asian influences. The menu focuses on noodles dishes from Chef Surapot Inthato, served in different styles such as spicy buck wheat noodle salad topped with breaded New Zealand mussels, Thai-style fried noodles with grilled marinated tiger prawns en brochette, and squid ink spaghetti with sea scallop and green asparagus.
