Indeed at Grossi, special menus often highlight the finest imported ingredients. That’s definitely the case in March and April with the restaurant’s White Asparagus menu. The vegetable delicacy often enhances traditional Italian dishes when in season, and at Grossi the restaurant’s talented Chef Amedeo Ferri, will be creating outstanding versions of such dishes with delicious white asparagus. Guests can choose from eight special dishes during lunch and dinner: Asparagus and Parmesan Risotto; Steamed Asparagus, Fried Egg, Melted Butter and Grana; Snow Fish, Grilled Asparagus with Black Truffle Sauce; Roasted Salmon, asparagus and Asparagus Volute; Smoked Salmon, Asparagus and Cream Cheese Mousse; Asparagus, Potato Ravioli, Parma Ham and Extra Virgin Olive Oil; Tagliolini, Scallops Asparagus and Pancetta; and Asparagus, Peas, Goats Cheese Salad, Garlic and Herb Dressing.
