SCB Securities Co., Ltd, (SCBS) recently held a “Thai Tourism Day: Growing Chinese Tourists” seminar to provide institutional investors with data on the tourism outlook for Thailand and guidelines on marketing promotions initiated by the state and private sectors to tap the growing number of tourists from China, one of Thailand’s main tourism markets. Participating in the seminar were Mr. Tassapon Bijleveld, Chief Executive Officer of Asia Aviation PCL (right); Ms. Thapanee Kiatpaiboon, Director of Marketing Information Technology Group, Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) (2nd from right); and Ms. Kanyarat Krisnathevin, Chief Financial Officer of The Erawan Group PCL (2nd from left), who were welcomed by Mr. Kiattisak Jenwipakul, Managing Director, SCBS – Research Group (left).
