The “Seafood Platter” includes Grilled Scallops, Baked Tiger Prawns with Black Bean Topping, Fried Silverfish with Chilli Sauce, Fried Prawns with Chilli and Salt, and Deep-fried Seafood Spring Rolls, all served with three varieties of Chinese dipping sauce.
