The culinary journey starts at 6.30 p.m. with a glass of Prosecco and introduction by Thailand Brand Ambassador from Piccini, Kulthida Hirunprasurtvutti.
The enticing 5-course set menu include amazing dishes such as “Pan fried Alaskan scallops wrapped in Parma ham roasted foiegras truffle reduction”; “Lemon prawns risotto”; “Braised beef cheeks with root vegetable and Chianti wine”; “Pan fried smoked mozzarella cheese green tomato comfit roasted Porcini mushroom” and “Chocolate tiramisu pistachio amarena cherry ice cream”.
