Bangkok Bank Senior Executive Vice President Chansak Fuangfu (right) signed an agreement with Albright Holdings Managing Director Somchai Amnuaypornsakul (left) to provide a loan of Baht 1.45 billion for the development of ‘Bright Wongwianyai’, the highest luxury condominium to be built in the Taksin-Krungthonburi area. The condominium will have 46 floors and 475 units worth a total of Baht 3.01 billion. The condominium will be located on a prime site in Taksin Road between Soi 8 and Soi 10 near the BTS stations Wongwianyai and Pho Nimit. The design concept is inspired by the traditional Chinese community and the faith of Chinese people and will include five Chinese coins on top of the building pillars, Yin Yang symbols and the Chinese coin (Gu Qian) at the center of the condominium.
