Siam Commercial Bank First Executive Vice President and Head of the Mortgage Business Division Mrs. Pikun Srimahunt and Home Builder Association President Mr. Visit Monaiyapong jointly launch an “SCB Home Builder Plus” campaign. During the campaign loan amounts of up to 100% of the home building contract are available together with an additional 30% credit line for the purchase of home decorations, furniture, close-circuit systems, burglar alarms, solar roof systems, or other items. The campaign was initiated to meet the needs of clients having homes built on their own land by members of the association. Those eligible must have loans approved and mortgaged by December 31, 2015.
