Thaicom PLC, Thailand’s leading satellite operator led by Mr. Ekachai Phakdurong, Senior Vice President-Corporate Affairs (Second from right) continue to support Thailand’s Aerospace Engineering bybecoming the supporter of Design, Build, and Fly (D/B/F) club, Aerospace Engineering, Chulalongkorn University led by Assist. Prof. Natcha Thawesaengskulthai, Ph.D., Associate Dean and International School of Engineering (ISE) Director (Forth from right) to participate the Cessna Aircraft Company/Raytheon Missile System – Student Design/Build/Fly Competition 2014/15 which is the world’s biggest competition providing a real-world aircraft design experience for engineering students by giving them the opportunity to validate their analytic studies. The completion will be held in USA on this April.
As one of the sponsors. The supporting of project is one of Thaicom’s missions on social responsibility series to create a better communication opportunity, together with improving knowledge and education especially for engineering and innovative communication technologies development, including the development in knowledge and engineering profession under the cooperation between education sectors and professionals engineers. This project is not the only one project to improve the educational opportunities in Thailand in the belief that a strong education system leads to a strong nation but it will also improving Thai student capabilities and continually enhancing the engineering professionals.
