For two nights, the Grand Mercure Bangkok Fortune Hotel will bring you on a gastronomical journey of Thailand’s four major regions, North, South, Central and Issan. One Rachada Restaurant will transform its buffet into a delectable educational experience featuring some of the most traditional and most representative dishes from four regions of the country. Dessert will feature a demonstration area as well as 12 sweets that are rare to find today including “Ja Mongkut” originally classified as a dessert for the King and “Muskot” made famous in the legendary Thai poem “Lumjeak”. Included in the evening will be a traditional Thai show featuring dance from different regions of Thailand.
