Abruzzo, a region of southern Italy, the spiritual home of authentic Italian cuisine, created a range of the very best local delicacies such as deep-fried pizza with thin sliced Lardo ham and rosemary (THB 690++), bucatini with lamb and chilly ragout and sweet pepper (THB 690++), slowly braised lamb shank (cacio e uova) with artichoke and potato (THB 850++) and pan-fried sea bream fillet with hills tomato, olives and caper berry topped with white wine sauce (THB 950++).
Don Giovanni, a charming Italian trattoria, is named after Mozart’s most famous opera, and its ambience springs from a warm-hearted love of life. An Italian master chef prepares specials for lunch and dinner. Here the pasta is homemade and the sauces are wonderfully Italian. A variety of excellent Italian wines and spirits is available to complement every meal.
