Variety Asset 5 Co., Ltd. and Univentures Public Co., Ltd. appoint the Retail Services of CBRE Thailand as the sole leasing agent for The Street, a 6-storey lifestyle shopping mall with approximately 28,000 square metres of retail space on main Ratchadapisek Road. Located only 200 metres from the Thailand Cultural Centre MRT station and easily accessible from Asoke Expressway, this retail development is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015.
