Siam Commercial Bank recently held its 192nd annual shareholder meeting at the bank's Mahison Auditorium. Joining the meeting were Mr. Anand Panyarachun, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Vichit Suraphongchai, Chairman of the Executive Committee, Mrs. Kannikar Chalitaporn, President, and other board members. The meeting resolved to pay a dividend to shareholders at the rate of 6 baht per share, an increase of 0.75 baht from the dividend paid in 2013. The dividend total amounts to 20,395 billion baht. The meeting also resolved to approve the appointment of Mr. Arthid Nanthawithaya as Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Mr. Yol Phokasub as President to replace Mrs. Kannikar Chalitaporn whose term expired.
