Every first Saturday of the month, W Does Brunch at The Kitchen Table is the only place in town where brunch means full-on food and drink pleasure combined with enticing haute couture. Indeed it’s where guests enjoy one of the city’s finest buffets while also getting a taste of the hottest local fashions. The only problem is, people say W Does Brunch has sold out. Well, it’s true. The heady mix of fashion, gastronomy, music and cocktail culture proved absolutely irresistible among Bangkok jetsetters who like to meet, mingle and stay in the loop.
In 2015, things are only going to get better. From February 7th, 2015, you can look forward to fashion buffets featuring items available at W The Store, W Bangkok’s shop. Prominent among The Store’s selection are creations by local labels such as 31 Thanwa, Greyscale, whose bold designs in clothes, accessories and handbags have helped put Bangkok on the international fashion map. There’s also jewelry by Ogulee, each piece hand crafted from natural minerals. Likewise available at W The Store and featured during W Does Brunch will be products by luxury brand Bliss as well.
Yes, a feast of fashion. But what about the feast itself? No room here to mention everything, but guests will want to have room for an expansive buffet with special food stations featuring fine cheeses, salads, cold cuts, carved meats, BBQ, seafood, céviche and many sweet treats. W Does Brunch is known as a rollicking good time, where food and fashion commingle with cocktail culture. In that light the afternoon positively glows with W’s iconic gin and tonic, DIY mimosas, famous Woohito and classic margarita on the rocks.
And all this for only THB 2,300++ per person (food only with soft drink), or brunch guests can go for the gusto with The Experience at THB 2,900++ per person including cocktails, wine, sparkling wine and beer. W Does Brunch happens every first Saturday of the month from 12.30 pm to 4.30 pm at The Kitchen Table, W Bangkok.
