Holiday Inn Pattaya has launched a new two-for-one promotion on signature cocktails at Havana Bar to celebrate its new, Bar 150 drink and bar snack menus.
The refreshed menus are part of a new programme by InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) which is being rolled out across its Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region. Celebrating more than 150 years of drinks mixology, the programme features the region’s best-loved and timeless cocktails, all made with Pernod Ricard premium brands, along with a new and exciting bar snack menu created by talented IHG hotel chefs.
The new drinks menu includes signature cocktails such as the tropical Mai Tai, the Peruvian inspired Whisky Sour and the Mojito which can be traced back to the 16th century. Meanwhile, the bar snack menu has been created with the Holiday Inn guest in mind, with new creations including Avocado & Tomato Bruschetta, Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla, Artichoke & Parmesan Rolls and Snapper & Prawn Stuffed Green Chillis.
The programme comes on the back of an IHG partnership with Pernod Ricard, with the French wine and spirit group’s premium brands used to create a host of classic cocktails featured on the new cocktail menus at IHG’s hotels across the AMEA region.
