Dr. Vallop Suwandee, Chairman of Advisor to Governor of Bangkok presided over the “Bangkok Songkran Festival @ Silom 2015” press conference, that was included by Pol. Maj. Gen. Vichai Sangparpai, Advisor to Governor of Bangkok; Pol. Maj. Gen. Adul Narongsak, Deputy Metropolitan Police Chief; Tridao Apaiwong, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Spokesperson; Vichet Tantivanich, Senior Vice President of Thai Beverage PCL; Surachai Jonglertwarawong, Marketing Manager of The Red Bull Beverage Co., Ltd.; Sukanya Janchoo, General Manager of Dusit Thani Bangkok at Dusit Thani Hall, Dusit Thani Bangkok. The Songkran Festival will be held during 12th – 15th April 2015 from 15:00 – 21:00 hrs.
