Every Friday night in April 2015, for only THB 1,000 net per person, the guests can enjoy many authentic cuisines from Southeast Asian countries with the live outdoor cooking stations. The special menus for this dinner buffet include Pho – the Vietnamese noodle soup with pork ribs, Bakso – Indonesian style meatballs with chicken soup, Nasi Lemak – Malaysian most popular authentic dish and much more.
Set in three interconnecting beachfront pavilions with a central courtyard, Talay Thai offers ‘home-style’ cooking made by our chefs to bring out savoury and sweet flavours that characterises the cuisine. Overlooking the Gulf of Thailand, guests have the option of indoor or outdoor seating to enjoy dinner.
