Tom yum fettuccine is being prepared by the creative chefs at Station Café in Centra Central Station Hotel Bangkok, served along with a soft drink and priced at Baht 299 net.
The dish is being offered in two versions, both using a spicy mix of tomato, mushroom, lemongrass and chilli.
One version is in the traditional Thai noodle soup style, with the fettuccine taking the place of the noodles, while in the second style the fettuccine is prepared in the Italian stir-fried manner, with the spicy tom yum sauce added.
Tom yum fettuccine is the restaurant’s new signature dish and is available from 11.30 to 22.30 hrs.
Station Café serves an international buffet breakfast and an a la carte for the rest of the day, with its location making this an ideal refreshment stop for travellers, shoppers, and visitors to the historic Chinatown district.
