Recently, at InterContinental Bangkok, Mr. Panop Ansusinha, left, Investment Banking Business Head of KASIKORNBANK, Mr. Suchai Sutasthumkul, right, Chief Executive Officer of CIMB Securities (Thailand), Mr. Preecha Nuntnarumit and Mr. Jakrit Lohajaroensub, Directors of Wuttisak Clinic Intergroup Co., Ltd.,together signed an agreement to designate KBank and CIMB Securities as financial advisors for financial and business restructuring of Wuttisak Clinic. The Group has taken over the management of the clinic which now has 120 branches nationwide.
