Throughout the month of May 2015, Mantra Restaurant & Bar presents special dim sum menus from the Chinese kitchen, as presented by Chef Sirawit Thangthong, resident dim sum chef. Trained by top chefs in Hong Kong and Bangkok, Chef Sirawit has been with Mantra Restaurant & Bar since it opened more than eight years ago.
His famous and delectable creations include Alaskan king crab with curry sauce, salmon balls and home-made brown chicken, amongst others. Prices range from 190 THB to 550 THB per portion.
